Returns

At Sophie Swim we think customer service is extremely important, and we aim to please every single customer. All orders are packaged carefully and properly to ensure items arrive safely. 

We accept returns and refunds on our swimwear within 14 days. This means you need to have made contact with us within 14 days of order delivery.

All items must be unworn, unused, and still in a saleable condition. This means items must not be stained, marked or snagged in any way.

All hygiene liners must still be attached and items must be sent back in its original packaging.

Please try on swimwear over your own underwear. This is important due to hygiene reasons, and we may refuse to accept your return if this has not been adhered to. 

We fully inspect all returned items and if any of these conditions are not met, then your items will be refused and sent back to you at your own cost.

All return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any return postage fees when sending items back to us (unless the items are faulty).
